Sentoryu Martial Arts is a small club based in Braintree, Essex in the UK.
We are not owned by or affiliated with any other club.
Sentoryu Martial Arts only takes three pieces of information from you, your name, your email address and your phone number.
On signing up for our classes we will ask you sign a GDPR and Photo consent form. This allows us to contact you via text, phone call and email. And we also ask permission for us to use photos taken in classes for promotional material and social media. These are always optional.
Sentoryu Martial Arts will not share your personal details with anyone, for any reason without your permission.
Sentoryu Martial Arts will store all of your details in a secure manner.
Access to this data is limited to the club admin.
We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow the use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorisation by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at sentoryu@btinternet.com.
